Andy Wildenberg

Andy Wildenberg graduated from the University of Denver in 1975 with a degree in Real Estate and Construction Management and has been involved in property ownership and management for over 35 years. In January 2010 he went back to school at Red Rocks Community College to study energy efficiency. Last year he attended Cooper Lighting Institute to study lighting efficiencies. He is currently pursuing a BPI Multi-family designation and a Professional Energy Manager credential.

As founding partner of e3 Power (economic, energy, efficiency) Andy believes in the axiom “Use what you need not what you can”. His finance and property management background leads to sound decision making based on return on investment. All income property is valued on Net Operating Income (NOI). Any savings that can be attained through energy efficiency investments increases the value of the investment. Whether you increase the rent or decrease the expenses the outcome is the same: the value of the asset increases.
