We first contacted Andy Wildenberg, owner of e3 Power, through their advertisement on the Internet. We asked Andy to do an energy audit for our 34 year-old house in Indian Hills. Andy and his team responded quickly and did a thorough audit of our house, which quickly identified several major sources of heat loss. E3 Power then prepared a plan of how to deal with each one.

We worked to fix all major leaks in the house, including the installation of Airtite Cans with white Eyeballs in the kitchen area, insulating and caulking our large windowpanes, fixing the large air leak in our fireplace insert, locating problems with our natural gas furnace and adding new attic insulation.

E3 Power did some of this work themselves and did it very professionally. They helped us get rebates from Xcel Energy and undertook three visits, two of them free, to make sure we had complied with all of Xcel’s requirements.
